Your Personal Treatment Program
After thoroughly discussing your health history and goals, an examination and x-rays (if necessary) are performed. Your doctor will then design the most effective treatment possible.
The chiropractic adjustments consists of gentle, specific movements used to restore proper structure and function to your spine and nervous system. It increases joint mobility, removes nerve irritation and relieves your pain and discomfort.
The doctors frequently apply muscle techniques such as acupressure or trigger point therapy. These treatments can also be used when manipulation is not indicated.
Physiotherapies are used to complement your adjustments. These include electrical muscle stimulation, traction, diathermy, ultrasound, ice and heat.
Massage therapists are available to provide therapeutic muscle work on specific areas, or relaxing spa-style full body treatments.
Therapeutic exercises are performed in office and at home to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance of affected areas.
